Spira™ PC Pump

The SPIRA™ PCP is a patented Even-wall Progressing Cavity Pump stator incorporating state-of-the-art Mechanical Bond technology.

Utilizes traditional chemical bonding and metal “mesh” to create an incredibly robust bond between the stator tube and the elastomer, combined into an Even-Wall tube profile.

• Consistent elastomer thickness creates:
  • Even swell on the Stator Major and Minor diameters
  • Optimal uniform fit between the Rotor and Stator
  • Reduction of hysteresis heat build up in the Stator Major diameter
• The Mechanical Bond gives the stator an incredibly robust bond between the stator tube and the elastomer
• Significantly reduces debond failures in challenging applications
• Allows higher pressure per pump stage, effectively shortening the pump
